The energy transmission was everything that you and Kyara had said plus more. You were right Barry when you said, "you guys are going to feel it". It would have been impossible not to. It was very strong and grounding and embodying, yet in all its power it was also gentle. I am deeply grateful for it.

When the time came to share it, in the giving there was more receiving of the energy in a more grounded way, just as it happens when giving deeksha. In giving, I also experienced my own healing. Parts of my body started to relax spontaneously as I was laying my hands to give the energy

Thank you for sending down the Ilahinoor energy to us tonight. It is quite remarkable and goes along so magical with the energies I have already been feeling so intensely! Wouldn't ya know! Anyway, I am going to do more integrating while I sleep and feel it more intently. I received from both Amelia and Per, very nice. Per gave through into the Hara area in the Solar plexus and that was a really wonderful way to do it......

I really felt it coming in through my left side very specifically. It really feels Feminine to me, but the Egyptian God RA keeps coming in mighty strong.......RA RA RA....

Hi Barry and Karen, Wow, thank you again. This is beautiful energy. I'm connecting with Divine Mother. The world is full of God - I see love even in inanimate objects. I'm also having amazing interactions and transformations with people I know (even in the public school setting!) - visible turnarounds, awarenesses in others who aren't thinking anything about the Divine Mother's gentle enfolding love energy. I am completely in love with everything and everyone! And it's not really me. At least not the ‘me’ I'm used to thinking of as me. I feel gently taken over or filled up. Daily meditations inviting this energy in are so wonderful. I enjoyed giving the energy more than I did receiving. I actually enjoy receiving through my meditation, although it was very pleasant to receive from others as well. That's where I'm at for now.

Last night the energy of Ilahinoor came in......I seemed to have felt it through my Left side primarily and felt like what I described as a pink bubble filling my entire torso form the bowl of my pelvis up to my throat. The energy was soft, beautiful and filling. I came home and really felt guiding to sleep to integrate the energies. I awoke about 2:30am this morning and ended up realizing that it was time to get up and meditate and see what was percolating. I was really wonderfully surprised when I did.

This energy is from the same incredible Star Beings that has been connecting with me for some time. Somehow this download was needed and necessary for my soul to completely let in this Divine Light. I perceive this Living Light energy as the Ancient Eternals that are Re-membering thru us.....I felt this incredible shift happen after the download and meditation this morning. It totally moved into this sphere of consciousness as I became its host and vehicle. It was completely powerful yet loving and gentle. It felt to me as If the whole Male/Female energy came into balance with this One. I really LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this Energy......Thank you Kiara, Thank you Barry and Karen for introducing it to us here and I am excited to pass it on to my Clients and Friends, and all those wanting to receive. This is most assuredly something Alive as you said and wanting to be shared.

I feel it is totally what I needed to now complete the Re-Birthing process I have been going through so intensely this past couple of years. I am thrilled to be Blessed with Ilahinoor to work with here. And I feel SHE/HE is happy to have landed with me. This is a good match!!

• Both Rhajarani and I experienced this velvety whispery blackness as a soft hand holding on the left side of our face for a while
• As Amelia got ready to give to me, I experienced a deep feminine black fullness descending on me from above. It was very tangible, and quite similar to what I experienced when I received transmission from Karen on Saturday night.
• At one point, while receiving it from Amelia, I experienced it, and then myself, as this clear velvety black void/space with no boundaries anywhere.
• While receiving from Amelia, I also experienced it at one point as very gentle descending swirls in my upper body.
• When I gave, it came to me to use some simple holds, first both hands on top of the belly, then one on top and one under the back, then one on top and one at the heart, and finally belly and forehead.
• The ilahinoor soul quality is quite similar to other velvety blackness qualities I am familiar with, but also different, so even if it was clearly present, I found myself scanning around a little before falling into it when giving. As you said, all that was needed was to trust it.
• While giving, it started out with me as a channel, then it all happening over where my recipient was, and then all here with me - knowing that this would invite the recipient into the same space. The last one was by far most comfortable and easy for me, partly because it is what I am familiar with from a form of bodywork I am doing (finding it in myself, which allows the recipient to fall into it.)
• The bodywork has Sufi connections, and the ilahinoor soul quality seemed very compatible with it... They both seem to invite in a sense of alive presence, fullness, deeply nurturing and comforting, a deep quiet peace, very much hara/belly centered. I can see that it may come through most easily for me in bodywork session, especially in the (long) hara/belly holds.

Dear Barry & Karen,
Thank you for the sweet Ilahinoor activation today. So wonderful to feel the weaving of your energies in the call! To share the experience: it felt subtle and gentle first noticed a vertical shaft of energy entered the crown and a horizontal triangulated energy entered the area of the eyes (apex leading into head and base of triangle pressing on the eyes) and felt a concentration of energy where the vertical & horizontal energies intersected in the deep brain, (the crown pressure and pressure at the eyes are still coming and going, a few hours later) the heart came into awareness and seemed to be pulsing energetically.

the tops of my feet received a diffused energy (like hands on energy) noticed a lullaby was singing Il-la-hu-nur over and over inside and realized i was singing (i think?) energy radiating in the hands came into awareness and that energy got stronger and stronger and continued for a long time at some point both temples (forehead) lit up energetically when the body moved from sitting on a chair to laying on the floor, there felt like some readjustments to get back into the space and in the future i may want to start in a recline, also even though it's 70 degrees, the body experienced a cold feeling overall for me it was an experience of subtle energies

i didn't experience an emotional quality like lenny did; about 1/2 hour after hanging up the phone with you, our cat kasimir suddenly stood between our reclining bodies near our heads and meowed loudly once then left, session over, he seemed to be announcing, we each felt complete prior to his meow, immediately people called, we figured they wanted this fresh energy, too! after a few calls, we then practiced on one another, as facilitator i trusted something came through the hands conduit but wasn't aware of any particular energy (surprised to learn when lenny later shared that he experienced a warm, flowing wave-like energy), i felt to do touch laying of hands on his head, then heart (one hand at front/one at back), my hands hovered over lenny's palms energetically, then touch from crown-shoulders-arms-legs-feet, did this whole series twice and then had to lay down-felt like I was receiving some kind energy; (my mind wondered if i was "supposed" to focalize the energy for lenny for a full 1/2 hr like I heard you'd be doing for us after our call, but i couldn't) lenny facilitated for me when his session was complete, i so love the special nurturing energy that comes through his hands anyway, that experience felt very gentle, sweet and soft thank you again and please thank kiara, too, for the gift of ilahinoor, it's fine to share this with kiara if you feel to do so

Dear Barry and Karen,

Thanks so much for sharing this energy with us. I immediately felt the energy come in through my crown chakra. It was intense. Then it proceeded to spread through out all my chakras focusing on the throat and heart especially in the area around the heart and more towards the left side. You said it wouldn't leave a lot of heart pounding or palpitations but I felt extreme pounding in the heart and I could hear myself breathing. I wasn't scared but quite calm. I somehow knew it was ok and would pass which it gradually did. The energy moved down into my lower chakras and extremities and I felt warmth and heaviness in my hands and feet. This went on for some time and when Fernando came over to tell me it was time to share the energy I said that I couldn't move which I couldn't, that is get up from a laying down position. Both he and Mary Ann put there hands on me and it felt good but I still couldn't move. After some time I did get up and went over to them and put my hands on them also. It felt a little like when I did Reiki but not so hot of an energy more healing and soothing. While I was still laying down I heard a voice say "This is what you came here to do." And before that the words of Jesus that greater things than he we would do.

After we were all done we still didn't feel like talking much but shared that it was very intense and powerful for us.

Dear Barry and Karen

Fernando and I went for a short walk on the Mountain and he shared about another diksha friend of his in Spain and how he was thinking of leaving his wife after six years of marriage and she was having a very hard time, actually they both were and it all suddenly fell into place. All that I have been going through this past year and past years from my previous marriage was for a purpose and that I was to support other couples who were going through similar experiences.

This past week I had been reading the Course in Miracles about the Holy Instant and the Special Relationship. And today on the Mountain I saw why I opened up to that section and soon afterwards to the very next section, the Holy Instant and the Laws of God. The only reason we have pain in relationships is because we still hang onto the specialness and when you truly give it over to the Holiness in the relationship, it works out for everyone involved and no one is left out or in pain alone. I feel that is what is happening to Fernando, Ines and me since it all started a year ago. We all love each other in a very deep way and want the best for each other.

I feel so blessed to have received this grace through you two and the promise of being able to pass it on to others. After coming back from Spain I plan on visiting my brother who is recovering from heart surgery and will soon be going on kidney dialysis. If he is open to this healing energy I plan on passing it on to him. I'll share more with both of you as the week proceeds. Of course, you can share any of this with Kiara.

Ilahinoor:
This is very soft.
In my meditation with ilahinoor, I saw a large round white/yellow 'ball' of energy with a distinctive center. My arms went up and round it - like a hug but I could only reach about a third around. it was light and heavy at the same time. beautiful.

A quick report on my experience with the (ilahinoor) transmission yesterday- most of the time I felt the usual move of energy through me that is experienced as light energy throughout my body streaming and feeling very "altered"- I did experience movement in the 2nd & 3rd chakra as well as in the right eye area (curious about what that's about). When I gave the transmission to Tim there was an increased power surge of heat, light, and energy flow. Since then I've been still feeling "altered", softened, expansive in the way I used to when first receiving diksha.
